THE CIVIL WAR

    In my teenage years growing up, when I was somewhat rebellious, I considered myself a devoted son of the south, until I discovered the real history behind the war

     Rome openly supported the south!  Even the X on the Confederate flag is a Catholic symbol.  The original flag looked different.  

    Several countries throughout the world were looking to the United States as a model of how to form their governments.  Changes were taking place, modeled after our Constitution.  This was posing problems for Rome to regain control of the world.

    "The Constitution of the United States guarantees liberty of conscience.  Nothing is dearer or more fundamental.  Pope Pius IX., in his Encyclical Letter of August 15, 1854, said: 'The absurd and erroneous doctrines or ravings in defense of liberty of conscience, are a most pestilential error-- a pest, of all others, most to be dreaded in a state.'  The same pope, in his Encyclical Letter of December 8, 1864, anathematized  'those who assert the liberty of conscience and of religious worship,' also 'all such as maintain that the church may not employ force." Quoted in Great Controversy p. 564, 565.

    This same pope Pius IX wrote Jefferson Davis calling him  "Mr. President".  The effect of that letter was electric.  All devoted Roman Catholics knew whose side the pope was on.  Mass desertions took place from the Union army.  The Vatican had troops in Mexico waiting to fight on the side of the confederacy.  Why would any devout Catholic fight for the north if the Vatican was for the south?

    "This letter of the pope to Jefferson Davis couched in such courteous and loving terms, and showing so clearly that his sympathies were with the southern cause was well understood by his loyal and faithful subjects all over the north.  Roman Catholic officers began to resign, and the rank and file began to desert from the time of the publication of that letter in 1863 to the close of the war. 

    "In reply to the boast so freely made by Roman Catholic editors and orators that the Irish fought the battles of the Civil War and saved the nation, the following document received from the pension department at Washington is here given.

     The whole number of troops 2,128,200.  Natives of the United States 1.6 million. Germans 180,000.  Irish men 144,000.  British 90,000.  Other foreigner admissions 87,000.

    "The desertions were as follows, Natives of the United States 5%, Germans10%, Irish Catholics 72%, British 7%, Other foreigners 7%.  In other words, of the 144,000 Irish men that enlisted 104, 000 deserted, and it is reliably stated that most of the desertions occurred after the recognition of the Confederacy by the pope.  It is also a fact that 5% of the native Americans that deserted, 45% of the 5% were Catholic."      Abraham (meaning: father of a great multitude) knew something about the Roman Catholic church and the Society of Jesus.  He knew that the war between the north and the south was a religious holy war!  Abraham Lincoln stated, "Unfortunately, I feel more and more, every day, that it is not against the Americans of the south alone that I am fighting, it is more against the Pope of Rome, and his perfidious Jesuits and their blind and blood-thirsty slaves." Fifty Years in the Church of Rome p. 496.

    Yes, the Scriptures are still true, "In her (the Catholic church) was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the face of the earth." Revelation 18:24

    Today devoted sons of the south are buying into Roman Catholic ideas, contending that the issue was not slavery, but the rights of the states.  But if any understand the Constitution correctly, should clearly discern that all men were created equal with certain unalienable rights given by YAHUWAH the Creator.  For the state to come along and rob a man of his rights to worship the Creator according to the dictates of his conscience or any other right is a crime.  For any state to rob a man of his rights and make him a slave is not a right of the state, but a crime of the state.  Abraham Lincoln knew that slavery might be Biblical, but its not Constitutional, unless the person had committed a crime, as Amendment XIII bears out.  "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted."

    The idea that it is a right of the state to make slaves out of men, comes from Roman Catholic cannon law.  The Catholic church considers it a crime to pass out literature that expose her.  She thinks it a religious duty to kill those who resist her tyranny.

     Had the southerners known these things, what might have been their response?

     "Gi'me back my bullets!"  Now where do you suppose those bullets really belong?

     Let's paraphrase Jeremiah 50:14, "Put yourselves in array against Babylon (the Catholic church) round about: all ye that pull the trigger, shoot at her, spare no bullets: for she hath sinned against YAHUWAH."

    Should the south rise again, it ought to be for resisting the tyranny of the New World Order, that's coming down the pipe.  An accepted time to succeed from the confederacy of Secret Society planning.  

    Do you ask, "Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?"  Revelation 13:4    

     YAHUSHUA is able!
